Welcome to Blurhythm. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blurhythm platform and all products and services offered through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Blurhythm

Blurhythm is a digital marketplace that facilitates the sale of premium digital accounts, including but not limited to streaming services, gaming platforms, and software subscriptions. We act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of these digital products.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you must register for an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on Blurhythm are digital goods. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Payment and Checkout

All payments are processed securely through Midtrans, a third-party payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you agree to Midtrans' terms of service. We do not store your payment card details. Payment must be received in full before a product is delivered. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are typically delivered automatically to your registered email address and/or directly within your Blurhythm account dashboard immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and payment verification. If you do not receive your product within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

We make every effort to ensure that all products delivered are functional and as described. All products are tested before delivery. However, digital accounts are subject to the terms of service of the respective providers (e.g., Netflix, Spotify). We do not own or operate these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any product.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes. Products purchased through Blurhythm must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers. Misuse of any digital account may result in suspension or termination by the original service provider, for which Blurhythm bears no responsibility.

8. Account Suspension by Third-Party Providers

Blurhythm has no control over decisions made by third-party service providers (Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, etc.) regarding account suspension, bans, or termination. If your account is suspended or terminated by the third-party provider for any reason, our liability is limited to the refund policy outlined on this website.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. Blurhythm does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks. Products sold are digital accounts created in accordance with the terms of the respective service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blurhythm shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available only under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at support@blurhythm.com with your invoice number. 12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of Blurhythm after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
