Refund Policy

At Blurhythm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully. Because our products are digital goods, refunds are handled differently than physical products.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
A full refund is available under the following conditions: • The digital product does not work upon delivery and cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting. • The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page. • The account credentials provided are incorrect or invalid at the time of delivery. • You have been charged for an order that was not completed or delivered. • The product was not delivered within the advertised delivery time and you have not used the product.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
• Change of mind after purchase. • Account suspension or termination by the third-party service provider (e.g., Netflix, Spotify) due to violation of their terms of service. • You shared your account credentials with others and the account was compromised. • You no longer need or want the product. • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following information in your request:
• Your full name and registered email address • Your invoice number (INV-xxxxx) • The product purchased • A clear description of the issue

4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–14 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the exact timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered. Partial refunds may apply when: • The product has partially worked but with significant issues. • The issue is attributable partly to the customer and partly to Blurhythm. • The product was purchased at a discounted price. Partial refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Blurhythm.
6. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at no additional cost if the delivered product is defective, non-functional, or incorrect. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Blurhythm support may result in your account being suspended or terminated. Before initiating a chargeback, please allow us the opportunity to resolve your issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.
8. Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact us immediately at support@blurhythm.com. We will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action. Please provide any relevant details, including transaction records and screenshots.
9. Changes to This Policy
Blurhythm reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
